Logo Design Submission Guidelines

We invite students to participate in our logo design challenge by submitting a unique and creative logo. The logo should effectively represent our workshop and its key themes. Please follow the guidelines below for your submission:

• Only BIP students can attend the logo competition. 

• The logo must be in a vector format (e.g., AI, SVG, EPS) to ensure scalability and usability across different platforms. Please also submit it in a .png format. 

• The designs should be submitted min. 300 dpi, 2000x2000 px size. 

• CMYK and RGB versions should be provided. 

• The design should be easy to understand, recognizable, and reproducible in different sizes and materials.

• You may use colors in your design, but it should also be adaptable to monochrome versions. Students are encouraged to use the main colors of our poster and website. 

• The logo should reflect the essence of our BIP activity, incorporating elements that symbolize its theme and purpose. Please send a 50-word description of the logo concept as well. 

• Each student can submit more than one logo, or variations of the designed logo itself. 

• Submission should be tagged as “name_surname_nameofthework” 

• Upload your works as a .zip or .rar file to the drive link. 

• Do not use AI tools to create the logo, it should be your own creation.

• Selected design will be awarded.
